  3. NOTICE  TO USERS: CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN
  4. YOU  AND  GoodVein  Software  USE  OF  THE SOFTWARE PROVIDED WITH THIS
  5. AGREEMENT (THE "SOFTWARE") CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS.
  6. IF  YOU  DO  NOT  AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT INSTALL
  7. AND/OR  USE  THIS SOFTWARE. USER'S USE OF THIS SOFTWARE IS CONDITIONED
  8. UPON COMPLIANCE BY USER WITH THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

  10. COPYRIGHT.  The software is owned and copyrighted by GoodVein Software
  11. and   is   protected   by  copyright  laws  and  international  treaty
  12. provisions. You acknowledge that no title to the intellectual property
  13. in  the  software  is transferred to you. You further acknowledge that
  14. title  and  full  ownership  rights  to  the  software will remain the
  15. exclusive  property  of GoodVein Software and you will not acquire any
  16. rights  to the software except as expressly set forth in this license.
  17. You  agree  that  any  copies  of  the  software will contain the same
  18. proprietary notices which appear on and in the software.

  20. REVERSE  ENGINEERING.  You  agree that you will not attempt to reverse
  21. compile,  modify, translate or disassemble the software in whole or in
  22. part.

  24. DISTRIBUTION.  This software may be distributed freely in its original
  25. unmodified  and unregistered form. The distribution has to include all
  26. files of its original distribution.

  28. DISCLAIMER.  THIS SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY
  29. KIND,  EITHER  EXPRESSED  OR  IMPLIED,  INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO,
  30. WARRANTIES  OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN
  31. NO  EVENT WILL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING
  32. INCIDENTAL  OR  CONSEQUENTIAL  DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THIS

  39. understanding, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter
  40. of this license.

  43. GoodVein Software.
